when come to think of it, we are like mad scientist who perform experiments on ourselves...haha...glucose, urine, heat...etc etc...it's interesting though but u r right...i nvr thought i will hav to prick my own finger!!

I thought doctors are used to "abuse" their patients, but it never crossed my mind that doctors-to-be have to "abuse" themselves...

Sheik Yan: haha... yeahh, me too!! They tricked me into doing medicine... never told me they are testing on this “pain tolerance”. :D

Winson, Day-dreamer: Yeahh.. it’s my hand and my dear fingers. We were doing test on blood glucose level.

my dear uncle yew, dun expect this to be the least of ur tortures, cz i m sure there's more to come :) I read sumwhere in a storybook abt medical students in the US practising injecting themselves :P maybe it's one of the plots oh Health Practice to make us be more empathetic:P

And one recommendation: would u like to remove this pic of urs? cz i dun think ur hands look very expert or deft here, might ehem.. affect ur reputation, cz i believe doctors are supposed to have skilful hands>.. n urs jz seem to look a mite.. erm erm... clumsy here :P

Aunty Smart, I am more afraid of pricking (fingers and lancets) compared to injections. :D And my fingers are among the most deft, okay? Don’t judge a finger by its looks. haha..
